How does grading actually work?
Photograph a worksheet in the app. Gradezi reads the handwriting, matches answers, and suggests a score in seconds. You review the result, fix anything that looks off, and it saves to your gradebook — you're always the final judge, not the AI.
How does billing work?
Gradezi's Free plan needs no card at all. If you upgrade to Plus, subscriptions are billed through the App Store under its terms — you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. See our pricing page for what's included in each plan.
What happens to my family's data and worksheet photos?
Photos are used only to grade the page and build your gradebook — never for advertising, and never sold. You can delete individual photos, scores, or a whole child profile in the app at any time. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@gradezi.com from the address on your account and ask us to close it. We'll confirm back and remove your data from active systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.
